"I have never dealt with an insurance company that is so bad. You pay for insurance, so if something happens they take care of it. We had a flood I had to jump through hoops to get them to pay. I had to pay for a restoration company out of pocket to prove to them there was a flood. They refused to refund my $250. They told me to ask the restoration company for it back. They finally gave me a check I asked them how could they give me money for the rebuild if I didnt have a contractor come out and give me a quote yet. He said we came up with it, and if it isn't enough just send us the quote when you get it from the contractor. They gave me $9000 less than what the quote is. I called and can't get ahold of anyone to talk to. Totally incompetent and not willing to help at all. You never know how good or bad an insurance company is until you need them. Since I pay Lauren Campbell State Farm you think they would be more than willing to help me....nope I call there and was told they turn it over to the claims people and I have to get ahold of them. So disappointing and aggravating."
